Keystone Sites is a web design studio in Southern Ontario. We build sites for businesses in any industry — trades, clinics, restaurants, law firms, studios, shops — and then we look after them.
Why we called it that
The stone that puts everything else under load.
A keystone is the wedge-shaped stone at the very top of an arch. It goes in last, after every other stone is already sitting there doing nothing much. The moment it drops into place, it pushes outward against both sides and locks the whole span together. Take it out and the arch is just a pile of rock.
Your website is that piece. The ad you paid for lands on it. The referral checks it before calling. The Google result points at it. The person who heard your name at a job site types it into their phone at eleven at night. Every other thing you spend money on to get found passes through one page, and that page decides whether any of it was worth it.
Which is the whole business point. Most owners treat the site as one line item among many. It is the one the others rest on. If it loads slowly, looks like it was built a decade ago, or cannot be found for the thing you actually do, you are paying full price for marketing and collecting part of it. That is the problem we build against — the three options we offer all point at it.
There is a second reason the name fits, and it is the one we care about most. A keystone only works because it belongs to the arch — not to the mason. Your site is registered in your name from the first day: the domain, the files, the content, the analytics. We hold nothing back as leverage. Everything we sell after that is an option you can decline without losing a thing.

No account managers, no ticket queue, no game of telephone between you and whoever is actually doing the work. One email address, one phone number, same person every time.

Fixed price, fixed launch date
Both are agreed before anything starts. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice. If the scope genuinely changes because you want something new, we price that separately and you decide — it never appears as a surprise at the end.

You see real pages on a live link, not screenshots in a slide deck. Two full rounds of feedback are part of every build, at every tier. They are not an upsell and they are not rationed.

You own it, from day one
Not at the end, not once the invoice clears — from the first day. Domain, files, content and analytics are all in your name before we start building, and we keep no login you cannot reach. Every build also includes 30 days of care free so nothing lapses at launch; after that, plans from $49 a month are an option you can decline or cancel whenever. Declining changes nothing about what is yours.

We are based in Southern Ontario and the work reaches a good deal further than that. Clients across Canada and the United States run the same way the ones down the road do, because none of what we actually do depends on being in the same room as you.
It happens on calls, over email, and on a shared link you can open any time. A build in Vancouver or Chicago runs exactly the same as one an hour up the highway: same discovery call, same fixed price, same two-week launch window, same care plan afterwards. Distance does not add hours, so it does not add cost.
The one thing that changes with location is the SEO work, and only because the searches change. A single-location shop gets one set of local signals; a business covering several cities gets pages built for each. That is a scope difference, not a travel surcharge.
